US delays

We have complaints from US customers that badges sent by Royal Mail Airmail are taking between two weeks and two months to arrive. On a couple of occasions we have had chargeback against us to recover payment, incidentally this is the first thing we know it has not arrived to a customer’s requirements.

It is with regret that we must therefore remove the option of using airmail to the US. We appreciate this means using a courier delivery at over double the airmail cost but does give some idea of where the item is, unlike airmail they disappear to resurface at a later date.

We have noted most delays in Royal Mail Tracked delivery are due to US custom delays in processing, this is most probably the case with airmail too, courier delivery doesn’t seem to be affected hence the change to courier only.
