Understanding Postal Issues Postal Issues seem to be a daily occurrence. I’m constantly being contacted about delivery UK second class deliveries. Most people are chilled and realise that Royal Mail second class is a slow un-tracked service. Still, a couple of people recently thought the order was delayed because I hadn’t bothered to send it.
